We collect information about you when you register on our Website or place a request to purchase products or services. If you want more than one copy of your personal data in the processing phase, Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. may provide you with this service by charging you a fee for administrative costs as set forth in the Company’s Privacy Manual.
Right of rectification
The holder of the personal data has the right to obtain from Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. without undue delay, the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data relating to him/her.
Right to erasure of data (‘right to be forgotten’)
The owner of the personal data has the right to ask Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. to delete your data, without undue delay, and Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. shall have an obligation to erase personal data where, inter alia, one of the following grounds applies:
(a) personal data that are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or processed; (b) the data subject has withdrawn his or her consent to the processing (in cases where the processing is based on consent) and there is no other ground for such processing; (
c) the data subject opposes the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests which justify the processing;
Right to limitation of treatment
The owner of the data has the right to obtain from Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. Member States shall restrict processing where, in particular, one of the following situations applies:
a) To contest the accuracy of the personal data, during a period that allows Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. check its accuracy;
(b) the data processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the deletion of his personal data and requests, in return, the limitation of their use;
(c) Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. may no longer need personal data for processing purposes, but such data shall be required by the data subject for the purpose of establishing, exercising or defending legal claims;
(d) Where it has objected to the processing, until it is established that the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
Right to data portability
If the processing depends on the consent of the data subject and this consent has been given by automated means, the data subject has the right to receive the personal data concerning him/her that he/she has provided to Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. in a structured, commonly used and automatically readable format.
Right to object
In cases where data processing is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A.; or 2) data processing is carried out for direct marketing purposes; or 3) profiling, the data subject may also at any time oppose the processing of his personal data.
Can I revoke my consent later?

Under what circumstances is data reported to other entities (third parties and subcontractors)?
CABOPOL – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A., within the scope of its activity, may resort to third parties for the provision of certain services. Sometimes, the provision of these services implies the access, by these entities, to personal data of our clients. when this happens, CABOPOL – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. takes the appropriate measures in order to ensure that the entities that have access to the data are reputed and offer the highest guarantees at this level, which shall be duly established and safeguarded in a contract to be signed between CABOPOL – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A., and the third party or parties.
Thus, any entity subcontracted by Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. will process the personal data of our Clients, in the name and on behalf of Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. (b) the obligation to take the necessary technical and organizational measures in order to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access and against all other unlawful forms of processing.
In any of the cases, Cabopol – POLYMER COMPOUNDS, S.A. remains responsible for the personal data you provide us.
